# Как оплатить ChatGPT

Как оплатить подписку ChatGPT Plus картой Grinny и что делать, если платёжная форма отказала.

ChatGPT — ассистент OpenAI с платными планами Plus, Pro и Team. Для Plus подойдёт карта «Для подписок».

### Выпустите карту

Нужны цена плана, $0,35 за операцию и запас 5–10%. Комиссия перевода 1,5%, минимум $1.

На chatgpt.com нажмите Upgrade plan и выберите Plus. Откроется форма Stripe.

### Введите реквизиты

Номер, срок и CVC откройте по тапу в приложении Grinny. Адрес пишите без сокращений.

## ❌ Если платёж не прошёл

* **Проверьте остаток.** К цене может добавиться налог, а на карте нужны ещё $0,35.
* **Проверьте адрес.** Stripe сверяет его с адресом, который знает эмитент.
* **Повторите один раз через 10–15 минут.** Отказ может стоить до $0,35 с карты или до $0,50 с общего баланса: [тарифы](/karty-i-tarify.md).
* **Не выпускайте новую карту под каждую попытку.** Свежая карта без истории выглядит для Stripe рискованнее.

## 💡 Что важно знать

* Подписка и API — разные счета. Plus не открывает доступ к API.
* Отмена и смена карты — в разделе Manage subscription. Доступ сохранится до конца оплаченного периода, возврата за неиспользованные дни нет.
* Деньги с общего баланса на карту сами не перейдут. Каждая неуспешная попытка продления может стоить денег.
