# Как оплатить Claude

Как оплатить подписку Claude Pro картой Grinny и что делать, если платёжная форма отказала.

Claude — ассистент Anthropic с платными планами Pro, Max и Team. Для Pro подойдёт карта «Для подписок».

## 🧾 Что подготовить

* Аккаунт на claude.ai.
* Свой настоящий адрес, если форма его запросит.
* Telegram-бот Grinny: туда придёт код 3-D Secure.

### Выпустите карту

Пополните общий баланс через СБП, минимум $10. Нажмите «Выпустить карту» и выберите «Для подписок». Карта станет активной после проверки личности и первого пополнения: [как выпустить карту](/s-chego-nachat/vypusk-karty.md).

### Переведите деньги на карту

Нужны цена плана, $0,35 за операцию и запас 5–10%. Комиссия перевода 1,5%, минимум $1.

### Откройте оплату

На claude.ai откройте Settings → Billing и нажмите Upgrade to Pro. Откроется форма Stripe.

### Введите реквизиты

Реквизиты откройте по тапу в приложении Grinny. Дату следующего списания смотрите в Billing.

## ❌ Если платёж не прошёл

* **Проверьте запас.** Stripe может заблокировать около $1 для проверки карты, ровно $20 тогда не хватит.
* **Проверьте адрес.** Пишите его без сокращений и сверьте индекс.
* **Повторите один раз через 10–15 минут.** Отказ может стоить до $0,35 с карты или до $0,50 с общего баланса: [тарифы](/karty-i-tarify.md).

## 💡 Что важно знать

* Лимиты Claude считаются на короткое окно и обновляются несколько раз в сутки. Закончившийся лимит не значит, что подписка исчерпана.
* Подписка и API — разные счета. Pro не открывает доступ к API.
* Отмена — в настройках аккаунта, доступ сохранится до конца оплаченного периода.
* При смене карты привяжите новую и удалите старую.
* Деньги с общего баланса на карту сами не перейдут.
