# Как оплатить Perplexity

Как оплатить Perplexity Pro картой Grinny на сайте и что делать при отказе.

Perplexity — поисковый сервис с нейросетями и платным планом Pro. Подойдёт карта «Для подписок».

## 🧾 Что подготовить

* Аккаунт на perplexity.ai.
* Своё имя и настоящий адрес латиницей.
* Telegram-бот Grinny: туда придёт код 3-D Secure.

### Выпустите карту

Пополните общий баланс через СБП, минимум $10. Нажмите «Выпустить карту» и выберите «Для подписок». Карта станет активной после проверки личности и первого пополнения: [как выпустить карту](/s-chego-nachat/vypusk-karty.md).

### Переведите деньги на карту

Нужны цена плана, $0,35 за операцию и запас 5–10%. Комиссия перевода 1,5%, минимум $1.

### Откройте подписку

На perplexity.ai нажмите на иконку профиля, откройте Settings → Subscription и нажмите Upgrade to Pro. Выберите месячный или годовой план.

### Заполните форму Stripe

Реквизиты откройте по тапу в приложении Grinny. Индекс не оставляйте пустым.

После оплаты рядом с профилем появится метка Pro.

## ❌ Если платёж не прошёл

* **Проверьте остаток.** Сверх цены нужны $0,35 и запас.
* **Проверьте форму.** Кириллица в полях и пропущенный индекс — типичная причина отказа.
* **Повторите один раз через 10–15 минут.** Отказ может стоить до $0,35 с карты или до $0,50 с общего баланса: [тарифы](/karty-i-tarify.md).

## 💡 Что важно знать

* Pro работает на сайте и в мобильном приложении под тем же логином.
* Подписка внутри приложения на iPhone оформляется через App Store, поэтому картой платите на сайте.
* Если в день продления карта пуста, Stripe повторит списание. Каждая неуспешная попытка может стоить денег, поэтому переведите деньги заранее.
