# Лимиты и крупные платежи

Какие лимиты действуют на карты Grinny и как подготовиться к крупному платежу.

Эмитент ограничивает сумму одной операции, дневной и месячный оборот. Поэтому платёж может быть отклонён, даже если денег на карте хватает.

Лимиты зависят от типа карты. У премиальной они повышенные. Для аккаунтов без пройденной проверки Grinny может установить отдельные ограничения, и они отображаются в приложении.

## 🧾 Как подготовиться

1. За день до крупной оплаты спросите [поддержку](/problemy-i-resheniya/podderzhka.md), пройдёт ли сумма. Укажите сервис и размер платежа.
2. Проверьте лимит своего банка на СБП, если собираетесь пополнять баланс на большую сумму.
3. Пополните карту заранее, с запасом.
4. Если крупные платежи регулярные, рассмотрите [премиальную карту](/karty-i-tarify/kakuyu-kartu-vybrat.md).

## 💡 Почему не стоит дробить платёж

Не разбивайте сумму на несколько одинаковых платежей, если продавец сам этого не предлагает. Антифрод воспринимает такую серию как подозрительную, и вместо оплаты можно получить блокировку.

Если у сервиса есть собственная рассрочка или оплата частями, ей пользоваться можно: это предусмотренный продавцом способ.

## 📊 Лимиты других участников

Ограничения есть не только у карты. У вашего банка — на переводы через СБП, у продавца — на сумму заказа или способы оплаты. Если поддержка подтвердила, что лимит карты ни при чём, причину стоит искать на их стороне.
