# Пополнение через СБП

Как пополнить баланс Grinny рублями через СБП, перевести деньги на карту и не потерять платёж.

Пополнение состоит из двух операций: сначала рубли попадают на общий баланс, потом вы переводите нужную сумму на карту.

## 🏦 Шаг 1. Пополните общий баланс

1. Укажите сумму в приложении. Минимум — $10 в рублёвом эквиваленте.
2. Посмотрите в чеке итог в рублях и курс. Курс фиксируется при создании счёта и уже включает конвертацию и комиссию способа пополнения.
3. Оплатите счёт из приложения любого российского банка, подключённого к СБП.
4. Дождитесь зачисления. Обычно деньги приходят сразу, в пиковые часы — в течение пары минут.

## 💳 Шаг 2. Переведите деньги на карту

Откройте карту в приложении и переведите сумму с баланса. За перевод берётся 1,5% сверху, но не меньше $1. Поэтому переводить небольшие суммы по частям невыгодно: [пример расчёта](/karty-i-tarify/primery-rascheta.md).

## 📌 Правила, которые спасают от зависших платежей

**Платите ровно сумму из счёта.** Если изменить её в банке, платёж не сойдётся со счётом и уйдёт на ручной разбор.

* **Платите по самому свежему счёту.** Старые ссылки из прошлых попыток лучше не открывать: новый счёт создаётся быстрее, чем разбирается платёж по устаревшему.
* **Не повторяйте оплату, пока не узнаете судьбу первой.** Иначе можно заплатить дважды.
* **Учитывайте лимиты банка.** У вашего банка есть свои дневные и месячные ограничения на переводы через СБП. Проверьте их перед крупным пополнением.
