# Выпуск первой карты

Как выпустить виртуальную карту Grinny в Telegram и почему она может ждать активации.

## 🧾 Что подготовить

* Telegram на устройстве, где удобно работать с ботом.
* Документ, удостоверяющий личность, для [проверки](/s-chego-nachat/proverka-lichnosti.md).
* Сумму на выпуск и первое пополнение карты.

Заранее решите, нужен ли вам Apple Pay или Google Pay. Тип карты задаётся при выпуске, и добавить кошелёк позже нельзя. Если сомневаетесь, откройте [сравнение карт](/karty-i-tarify/kakuyu-kartu-vybrat.md).

## 🚀 Как выпустить

### Откройте Grinny

Запустите [бота](https://t.me/grinnypay_bot) и откройте Mini App. Вход идёт через аккаунт Telegram, отдельный пароль не нужен.

### Пополните общий баланс

Выпуск оплачивается с баланса, поэтому сначала пополните его [через СБП](/s-chego-nachat/popolnenie-sbp.md). Заложите сразу две суммы: на выпуск и на первое пополнение карты.

### Выберите карту

Цена выпуска видна до подтверждения. После оплаты карта появится в приложении в статусе ожидания активации.

### Пройдите проверку личности

Приложение попросит фото документа и селфи. Проверка проходит один раз и действует для всех следующих карт.

### Сделайте первое пополнение карты

Переведите деньги с баланса на карту. По правилам эмитента сумма первого пополнения становится стартовым балансом карты.

### Откройте реквизиты

Когда карта станет активной, реквизиты можно посмотреть по нажатию. Дальше она работает как обычная.

## ⚠️ Если выпуск не состоялся

| Ситуация             | Что будет с платой за выпуск                                               |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Сбой при выпуске     | Вернётся на баланс полностью                                               |
| Проверка не пройдена | Можно пройти повторно или попросить поддержку вернуть плату на баланс      |
| Карта уже выпущена   | Плата не возвращается, даже если карту закрыть или она будет заблокирована |
