# Запрещённые операции

Какие операции запрещены по картам Grinny и что будет при нарушении.

Карты предназначены для оплаты законных товаров и услуг. Ниже — краткое изложение раздела 5 [оферты](https://grinny.io/oferta). При расхождениях действует текст оферты.

| Криптовалюта        | Покупка криптовалют и токенов, пополнение бирж, обменников, P2P-площадок и криптокошельков                           |
| Финансовые счета    | Пополнение электронных кошельков и платёжных систем, брокерских, трейдинговых и форекс-счетов                        |
| Переводы и наличные | Переводы третьим лицам, с карты на карту, снятие наличных, обналичивание и транзит средств                           |
| Запрещённые товары  | Оружие, наркотические средства, рецептурные препараты и другие товары, изъятые из оборота или ограниченные в обороте |
| Мошенничество       | Фишинговые ресурсы, распространение вредоносных программ, сервисы обхода KYC/AML                                     |
| Незаконные операции | Отмывание доходов, финансирование терроризма и другие противоправные операции                                        |
| Правила эмитента    | Операции, ограниченные конкретным эмитентом. Перечень может уточняться в приложении                                  |

## 🚫 Что ещё нельзя

* Передавать доступ к аккаунту, продавать или передавать карты и реквизиты.
* Массово создавать аккаунты и карты с помощью ботов и скриптов.
* Использовать средства автоматизации для обхода лимитов.

## ⚠️ Что будет при нарушении

Grinny или эмитент могут отказать в операции, приостановить обслуживание, закрыть карту или ограничить доступ к сервису. Остаток возвращается после проверок, кроме случаев, когда закон требует его удержать.
